Career Planning Workshop

After having children women go through many many changes. Identity shifts, the realisation of the reality of being responsible for a tiny human being, the survival mode of lack of sleep, the perception of employers that we will just slot back in and pick up exactly where we left off, the expectations and pressure, especially in the early years can feel relentless.

Gender pay gaps widen, we're overlooked for promotions, and our career can feel like it's slipping through our fingertips. Career planning is an important crucial first step.

This workshop will cover how to create your career plan and other supporting systems to enable it to be a viable and achievable plan, this is the first module of my 8 week career accelerator programme that I am offering to you for free.

FYI: This workshop is for anyone who is a Mother or considering Motherhood. If you are considering Motherhood, this workshop is beneficial for you also to get you on the front foot of planning your career while in parallel planning for your family.
